Using hibaaje Terms and Conditions

Welcome to hibaaje.com and its associated mobile application. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the agreement between the company operating the hibaaje platform and you, the user. By registering on hibaaje or using the platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms.

These Terms have been written in English to ensure clarity for all users. In the event of any legal interpretation, the original English version will apply. hibaaje reserves the right to amend, supplement, or revoke these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms.

Registration on hibaaje is completely free. However, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering. hibaaje reserves the right to permanently close any account created using false or misleading information.

• One Account: Each person may hold only one hibaaje account. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being suspended and all balances forfeited.
• Accurate Information: Provide your name, address, mobile number, and national ID details accurately. If any information changes, notify our support team right away.
• Account Security: Never share your login credentials, password, or PIN with anyone. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to us immediately.
• Third-Party Usage: Operating an account on behalf of another person or using another person's funds is strictly prohibited.
• Verification: hibaaje may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

The minimum age to participate on hibaaje is 18. This is a strict rule with no exceptions. By registering, you confirm that you are over 18 and legally eligible to participate in online gaming.

Hibaaje accepts a national ID, passport, or driving license for age verification. Additional proof may be requested if needed. Large withdrawals may not be processed until age verification is complete.

• Technical Disruption: Services may be temporarily unavailable during server issues or scheduled maintenance.
• Third Parties: hibaaje is not responsible for issues caused by third-party payment providers.
• Maximum Liability: Under no circumstances will hibaaje's liability exceed the member's account balance.
